Mallory has more than a decade of experience in nonprofit and academic settings in the public health field. Her previous work has included direct service, mixed methods research, program planning, evaluation, and management, mostly in the areas of HIV prevention and LGBTQ+ health. Since 2019, she has also been involved in the public library world, providing data analytics and evaluation support to Illinois libraries. A detail-oriented doer, Mallory is energized by rolling up her sleeves and digging in deeply to understand and co-create solutions to organizational and programmatic challenges. Among other consulting activities, Mallory especially loves creating thorough program work plans, protocols, and logic models; thoughtful evaluation plans; and effective data visualizations. Connor has a breadth of experience in nonprofit, academic, and private practice settings in both the public health and mental health fields. His previous work has included providing psychotherapeutic services, as well as program planning, evaluation, and management in the areas of HIV prevention and treatment, LGBTQ+ health, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health integration. Prior to his full-time work at FSC, Connor led strategic program development and innovation for one of Chicago’s first LGBTQ-centered behavioral health organizations. As a consultant, Connor is a diligent dreamer, finding the most joy in helping organizations explore creative visions for their programs. In his toolkit, Connor most often reaches for skills related to strategic planning, work plan and protocol development, and clinical case consultation.
